Reel Youth

The CitizenU screening showcases some of the most exciting local and international youth film makers – in an entertaining and insightful series that addresses anti-discrimination and social justice issues, with humour, creativity and breathtaking courage.

This will also be the premier screening of the films “Beautiful Bravery” and “She Who Is”! Created as a part of the CitizenU initiative, Vancouver-area youth created these films to address issues of gender discrimination and sexual orientation.

This unique festival collection will be screened once only, so don’t miss it!

Entry is by donation. No one will be turned away.

Proceeds from the screening will go to Out in Schools, to support their work with high school students to address bullying, homophobia and stereotypes. http://www.outinschools.com/
