what's next on your to do list?
With a script adapted from both Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass, as well as the 1951 Disney movie we all know and love, this show is bursting with crazy characters, stunning scenery, flamboyant costumes, and enough fun for the whole family. From caterpillars to white rabbits, every moment of this interactive, mobile theatrical experience will be just your cup of tea. This cast of 12-20 year olds, some commuting all the way from Maple Ridge, have been hard at work to create this magical Wonderland for you to enjoy.
After a successful production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream in July 2011, Tsawwassen’s local youth theatre troupe, Knockout Theatre, is gearing up for another performance at Earthwise Gardens. Although it was difficult to say goodbye to the Bard, Knockout Theatre and director Zoë Wessler, have decided to trade iambic pentameter for Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland.
So come and fall down the rabbit hole at Earthwise Garden July 14th-16th, and you’re sure to leave with a grin bigger than the Cheshire Cat. And don’t worry; “We’re all mad here.”
Performances are July 14 & 15 at both 1:00pm and 6:30pm and July 16 at 6:30pm.
