Learn to prevent an attack as well as some effective techniques to escape or defend yourself if necessary.

Join two multi-black belt instructors (female and male) for an exciting session that includes effective strikes, improvised weapons and more.

For all ages and physical ability.

Hit and Run provides the most practical self defense solutions for women, men and teens of all ages and sizes. Learn efficient, street-oriented techniques that do not depend on size or strength, while also developing your verbal and avoidance skills.

Our street safety instructors will show you how to defend or prevent a serious attack. You and your family deserve to be confident, feel safe and live a happy life. Regardless of your size, age, fitness level, or gender, there are options available for you to avoid being a victim.

This event is for children (Ages 6-12), youth (Ages 13-17), adults (Ages 18-54) and 55+ (Ages 55 and over)
